Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your Bearaby product back in its original organic cotton bag and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
